Complaints are handled by our printing provider Printspace Studios Limited according to their terms and conditions:
- Color deviations between the screen display and the printed product are not grounds for complaints.
- To ensure that any complaints due to transport damage can be processed, please check the shipment for any external damages immediately upon receipt and document them with photos. Please request the delivery driver to record the damages in their delivery confirmation.
- To submit a complaint, please contact us immediately at email@example.com after receiving the product. Read our terms and conditions for more details.
Exchange and Return
The exchange or return of prints is excluded from our policy, as each print is created on a customer-by-customer basis according to individual requirements by our printing provider theprintspace.
This personalized production process makes it impossible for us to accept exchanges or returns, as the prints are uniquely tailored to each individual order.
